Before syllabi become available on canvas, the UIS bookstore is the best place to find out what textbooks you'll be needing.
As long as the professor has released what books they'll be using, it will appear on the bookstore website and you can search for your textbooks by clicking on textbooks where it will either ask for your UIN (where it will give you a list of all the textbooks you need for all your classes), or using the Shop By Courses, as it will ask for the class department, course, and selection.
